Dr. Savahn Rosinbum, ND
Dr. Savahn Rosinbum offers patients a blend of conventional and alternative healthcare under the guidance of a caring physician. Dr. Rosinbum embodies the naturopathic principle of giving time and attention to the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—to treat illness and foster vitality. She enjoys working with patients to treat specific conditions and reduce disease risk. Dr. Rosinbum provides a practical approach to integrative healthcare that is effective but not unduly burdensome to her patients.
Dr. Rosinbum’s areas of interest are helping patients improve their emotional health, including managing anxiety, depression, stress, sleep disorders, fatigue and disordered eating. She manages hormonal and reproductive health conditions including perimenopause and postmenopause with a variety of therapies including hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Rosinbum provides LGBTQ healthcare, including hormone management for transgender patients. Additionally she treats thyroid conditions, digestive issues including SIBO, and allergies.
Dr. Rosinbum is trained as a primary care doctor and has been practicing medicine since 2013. She attended Bastyr University, the leading academic institution in natural health sciences. She provides primary care for adults including pap smears and cancer screening referrals. She offers integrative management of health conditions and disease risk reduction.
Dr. Rosinbum’s specialty training includes naturopathic approaches to sleep disorders as well as perimenopause and postmenopause management. She also provides gender affirming hormone therapy as an integral part of primary care.
Dr. Rosinbum enjoys outdoor activities in all seasons. Year round, she appreciates the wealth of trail running the Olympia area has to offer. In summertime she loves hiking in our magnificent alpine areas with wildflowers. She can also be found foraging for edible mushrooms in Western Washington. She dabbles in bicycling, paddle boarding, sea kayaking, rock climbing, tennis, and all types of skiing. Most recently she has been learning how to throw a frisbee. She does her best to live up to her frequent advice to strengthen cognitive health by being active, socializing, and learning a new skill, all at once, and ideally, to laugh and enjoy being humbled while you are at it. What is hard on the ego is often good for the brain!
