Dr. Frisch is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and the founder of Whole Health Naturopathy, where she offers compassionate, comprehensive primary care to individuals and families. Her approach to medicine centers on deep listening and collaboration—working with each patient to create personalized, effective treatment plans that support long-term health and resilience.

Rather than focusing on a single condition or population, Dr. Frisch specializes in guiding people through transitions—whether physical, emotional, or life stage-related. She brings a strong foundation in constitutional homeopathy, while also drawing on the full toolkit of naturopathic medicine, including botanical therapies, clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling. She does not hesitate to use pharmaceutical interventions if needed. She also offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, including hormone pellet insertion, as part of her integrative approach to achieving hormone health.

On a personal level, Dr. Frisch brings a rich life experience to her work. She spent her early career working in a variety of healthcare settings before beginning her medical training at Bastyr University at age 30. She welcomed her first child while in school 21 years ago, and her second five years later. After a few years of practicing in Seattle, she and her family moved to Olympia, where she’s been proud to serve the community for the past 16 years.

When she’s not in the clinic, she loves to spend her time traveling, enjoying live music, being at the soccer fields supporting her son, participating in the Olympia community, and, importantly, embracing rest.
