We are writing to inform you of an important change regarding insurance coverage at Whole Health Naturopathy.
Effective September 1, 2026, Whole Health Naturopathy will no longer be contracted with Kaiser insurance. This decision was made after careful consideration due to recent changes to Kaiser provider contracts that are no longer sustainable for our practice. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Our priority has always been to provide you with the highest quality care, and we would be honored to continue serving you.
Beginning September 1, patients with Kaiser insurance who choose to continue receiving care at our clinic will be seen on a self-pay basis. Payment will be due at the time of service. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a superbill, which you may submit to Kaiser to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, and we cannot guarantee coverage.
If you have the opportunity or ability to change your insurance plan, we would love to continue caring for you. We currently accept the following insurance plans:
● Regence, Regence Uniform, Premera, LifeWise, First Choice Health Plans
